Situated halfway between San Francisco and Sacramento, Fairfield is the perfect location for commuters. The city offers a variety of restaurants, shopping and golfing, as well as visual and theater arts. Tour the world famous Jelly Belly Candy Company or Anheuser-Busch Brewery, go olive oil tasting or visit the downtown Farmers Market (open May to October). The Suisun Marshes, largest in the Western United States, are nearby for seasonal wildlife viewing.
